Basildon Dental Practice reserve the right to refuse appointments to patients should they Fail an appointment ,Cancel without 24 hours notice or Continuously cancel.  NHS Dental Appointments are in high demand and time can be used treating patients who require urgent treatment.

Our staff are here to help, any form of rudeness or aggression will not be tolerated.  We reserve the right to refuse Dental treatment or further appointments to any patients acting in this manner.

Please call our reception on 01268-553315 should you have a Dental Emergency during working hours.  For after hours emergencies please listen carefully to the instructions on our answerphone.
